Discovery Parks - Lane Cove, Sydney

Staying here was a delight! Nestled in a beautiful national park, it offered stunning scenery and a chance to immerse myself in nature while still being close to the suburbs. The cabins were cozy and had all the essentials we needed. I appreciated the variety of amenities available throughout the park, from pools to barbecue areas. It's definitely a budget-friendly option for those wanting to experience a unique side of Sydney, though a little more attention could be given to maintaining the amenities.

I had a pleasant experience at this park, surrounded by nice greenery and sufficient amenities, though it was a bit noisy due to the airport overhead. The clean park environment provided a nice escape, but the proximity to the flight path was a noticeable downside. Overall, I would definitely consider returning for the excellent location and comfortable stay.

My experience at Lane Cove Caravan Park was extremely disappointing. Despite the park's location being near a beautiful national park setting, the muddy conditions of our site overshadowed any potential positives. I was frustrated by the lack of empathy shown by management when we faced issues due to lockdowns, which added to our overall dissatisfaction. It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to our stay, but it turned out to be a regrettable choice.

This park is a great base for exploring Sydney while enjoying a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. It's convenient to public transport and has plenty of nearby dining options. While the campsite was roomy, some areas had cracked slabs which felt unsafe. The overall service from the staff was lovely and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.
